Collect: One 4 mL gold or red SST.

Transport: Centrifuge and refrigerate until courier pickup.

Unacceptable Conditions: Plasma samples. Severely lipemic, contaminated, or
hemolyzed samples.

Stability: After separation from cells: Ambient: 2 days; Refrigerated: 2 weeks; Frozen: 1 year (avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles)
